RETURN and REFUND POLICY
The following policy applies to items sold in this store:
DIGITAL GOODS
Except in certain circumstances, refunds DO NOT apply to digital goods as they are instant downloads.
- Digital goods: eGift cards, ebooks, and audiobooks.
For both eBooks and audiobooks, a free sample is available for your review before purchase. Refunds are only issued if you buy a duplicate item within 24 hours of the first purchase. In this case, the duplicate item will be refunded. If you encounter difficulty downloading your purchased item, our customer service team will troubleshoot the issue for you to ensure that your purchased product is delivered to your device.
eGift cards are only refundable if it is deemed unused and the request for a refund is made within 24 hours of purchase.
PHYSICAL GOODS
Refunds are issued for defective/damaged items if you contact us within 5 business days of receiving item(s), verified via tracking. We are not liable for the delivery of goods to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
For refund inquiries, please email renee@reneeallenmccoy.com within 5 business days of receiving your product(s). In the subject line of the email, type "Returns", and in the body of your message include your name (as entered when your order was placed), order number, reason for your return, and photographs of damaged item(s). No email attachments please.
In the case an item is damaged, a claim will need to be filed to process a refund. Afterwards, we will refund or resend your good(s) at your discretion. After all, our goal is to make you a happy, return customer!
